omarchy plugin validate passes on v4.0.1; daemon absence/timeouts cannot block or crash the shell; widget contains no install hook or privilege request.
- Excludes: automatic enablement and edits to
shell.json.

Next closure evidence/work: #222 landed hardened widget execution. Still run omarchy plugin validate on 4.0.1 and actual absent-daemon/timeout/runtime checks.
