Hi Pablo,
from what I can remember (I left the project 8 months ago), you can use it
as long as you acknowledge the PolicyGrid http://www.policygrid.org/project.

Edwards http://www.csd.abdn.ac.uk/~pedwards/Site/home.html (the PIs of
the project) for confirmation.
