install: add the ability to install the tt-ee

Now we can install tt, tarantool and tarantool-ee through the tt install module. We need to add the ability to install the tt-ee module.

It looks like we should remove the ability to install tarantool-ee and add the ability to install sdk, which would include the tt-ee and tarantool-ee.
