Goal
Pass over Arai's existing surfaces (CLI output, web dashboard, docs) to apply the new brand identity and replace placeholder treatments that were built ahead of the brand work.
Sequencing
Worth doing this after the brand mark lands rather than in parallel — easier to retune against a fixed point than against a moving one. Blocked by epic: brand identity (#60).
What needs revisiting
- Apply the pounamu/ochre/paper/ink palette consistently across CLI output and any web surfaces.
- Replace generic warning/blocked iconography with Arai's own gateway-derived glyphs (e.g. blocked = dot positioned outside the gateway with a small ochre cross).
- Audit copy tone — should match the brand's restrained, infrastructural register rather than reading like a generic devtool.
- Revisit any patterns that were placeholder-quality and now look out of place against the polished brand.
Acceptance criteria
- All user-facing strings audited; tone matches the brand register.
- All icon/glyph use is Arai-native, not generic warning iconography.
- Palette is applied consistently and renders correctly on both light and dark terminals.
