Error in SLEAP installation

Hi!

I tried installing SLEAP on a new user following the installation guidelines but ran into this message when inputing the conda create command for sleap in anaconda prompt and powershell prompt:
ProxyError: Conda cannot proceed due to an error in your proxy configuration.
Check for typos and other configuration errors in any '.netrc' file in your home directory, any environment variables ending in '_PROXY', and any other system-wide proxy configuration settings.

I have installed both miniforge and miniconda, and while prompt and powershell prompt both recognize the conda command, the windows terminal doesn't recognize it as a command.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
