The model does not read the Date-Time in the mdf files, it simply assumes that they are organized based on the starting model time as per the .in file.

Good find, thanks for raising this issue. The code should check at the start of the simulation and subsequent timesteps that MDF file matches what the model is looking for. Will address this.
