Wavelet Decomposition: Needs rectangular domain.

Need to inform (and possibly check input DEM) users to provide a rectangle, unmodified (i.e. cropped) DEM. For example, if you crop a DEM with an odd shape polygon and then attempt to use wavelet decomposition on the DEM to generate a mesh your threshold values will be very skewed because of the no data values in the cropped region of the DEM.

As my understanding, the skewed mesh will influence the water budget simulation? It's a problem for computational fluid dynamic case, as for hydrological simualtion, is it a problem?
