Faster Google AMP links

A recent innovation (from the geniuses at Google) enables websites to load nearly instantly even on mobile devices with slow connections. See https://wilsonmar.github.io/accelerated-mobile-pages/ It's a sample Jekyll that uses it.

I'd like to use this template with AMP. So I would be happy to submit a PR to add the JavaScript library and other aspects needed to use the different HTML tags.
