nc user importer doesnt start on Windows

I have a problem with the nc-user-import. It always stops with the following error message.
My system is on Windows 11 and I also start the .exe as administrator.

Hi, I can test it and change neccessary code for Win11 probably next month.

You can use the .py script instead. But you have to install all dependencies.

Runs fine on newly installed Win11 Pro.
I used the nc-userimporter.exe

Hope you could solve the issue on your machine. Then I would close this issue.
