Support Windows and OSX

Linux being my preferred OS and LLVM/clang best supported on it, cmonster will be developed and tested on Linux. I intend to setup a CI system to create and test Windows builds.

I do not have access to OSX and I'm not planning on buying a Mac anytime soon. Help with testing and building on this platform is much appreciated.
