Alignment Issue

Hi,

I have been trying to process my GC-MS data (untargetted) and I keep getting a message regarding my alignment file (please see attached image). I have tried to reprocess the data several times and am not sure what is causing the issue, as I have processed data in the past in the same way and never had a problem. I am also unable to use the blank filter option, not sure if the two issues are related. Any support on this would be really appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

Which version are you using? Is it the same version as before?
Also, does it mean you can open a project, but cannot create a new one?
