Error during several hour processing. Pressing "OK" did not continue processing and restart required.

Also, Advanced Data Collection settings are not saved in the .mdparameter settings. Is this intentional?

Can you try to analyze it without converting into abf? You can just drag＆drop it.
If you get this error again, please send us some demo data and your analysis parameter so that we can reproduce this issue and fix it.
