MS-DIAL and MS-FINDER QoL suggestions

Hi there, thought I'd give a few pieces of feedback for improvement which would hopefully be easy to implement.

1. When choosing an import or export path, sometimes the default folder opened is the one that was most recently used, whereas other times the default folder is the home/root directory. If this could always just be the default folder it would save a ton of clicks. This applies for both MS-DIAL and MS-FINDER.
2. When exporting alignment results in MS-DIAL, there is an option to check at the top for "Filtering by current parameter". If this feature could be added for exporting a "Peak list result", that would be amazing. Currently I don't see a way to export only a subset of peaks when exporting a "Peak list result".
