I was going through your recent bioRxiv publication focused on dual-dimensional deconvolution using ZT Scan DIA technology (great work BTW). Since we have some proteomics data available on the 8600 ZT Scan DIA, I was curious to know if the deconvolution software would also work for peptides and if so, are there parameters you can suggest?

Thanks in advance!
