Hello to everyone,
I'm analyzing some MS/MS DIA Orbitrap proteomics data using MS-DIAL v5.5, because I'm interested in deconvoluting the data, and then using the deconvoluted spectra to perform a search with other proteomic engine (MSFragger). Therefore I need to export the deconvoluted spectra, that should be something like a list with each MS1 precursor (m/z and RT) and their corresponding MS2 fragments (m/z and RT).
I've tried the different ways to export data in MS-DIAL (Peak List export and Alignment Results export), but none of them were what I need, because they don't store the MS2 fragments info. Have anyone tried to export the deconvoluted data? If so please let me know how to do it.
Thank you very much in advance.
Samuel
