MS Dial Crashing for versions 4.9 and 5.5

Hi, I am trying to analyze untargeted metabolomics data but MS Dial keeps crashing when I try opening the alignment result, find error message attached. I am uploading mzML files that were derived from bruker .d

Hello, I also encountered the same issue. The problem came from the decimal and list separators used by my Windows system (you can change them in the settings → Region/Language). I changed my decimal separator to “.” and my list separator to “,”, and now MSDIAL works properly.
