Problems with comma (,) and dot (.) since update

Hello!
Since I did the last update I cannot use MS-DIAL anymore. In the project parameter settings it shows me the default parameters with a comma (,) but in red with "invalid character entered", which makes sense as MS-DIAL parameters should be with a dot (.). But when I change the parameters from f.e. 0,01 to 0.01 then it changes the number to 1. When I leave the numbers with the comma it also doesn't work. So I cannot use the program as all the paramters are wrong and I cannot change them to the correct ones.

Please help.
