Blackduck rapid mode not uploading scan results on Black duck server

Hi,

We are using git actions for black duck scan and we noticed recently Black duck scan report it is not uploading on Black duck server.
Looks like issue with rapid mode and it is not uploading scan results.
How to disable rapid mode scan?
