Add TIMEZONE support to charts (SfCartesianChart)

Use case

Many flutter syncfusion packages including SfCartesianChart use classic DateTime inside.
Problem places: PlotBand, axisLabelFormatter property in primaryXAxis, xValueMapper..

Proposal

Add timezone property to widget and integrate package there

Without it we need to create bicycle around and convert each output property to right timezoned time.

We’ve have analyzed your query and prepared a sample that demonstrates how to update the axis label values based on the UTC timezone using the axisLabelFormatter. The sample uses IST DateTime values for the data points and formats both axis labels and data labels to reflect UTC time. If your requirement aligns with this approach, you can use and customize the sample based on your needs.

However, we have already logged a feature request to add timezone support in SfCartesianChart in our Feedback Portal and this feature will be available in any of our upcoming release. You can track the status of this request through the provided feedback link.
