makes use of cex.io's api and cryptofolio's api to move data
if you dont know what your doing just:
download the zip using the button here --------->
run the exe from the bin/debug folder
folow the instructions on the screen.
make sure you only give your cex.io key the ability to get balances (disable trading ablity)
