Status of this work not well-represented

According to what I've been told, all or nearly all of this work is shipping in Swift and yet the proposal was never marked as accepted or implemented and the README for this repository seems to say that it's an early-stage experiment. When I want to brag on Swift's string processing facilities that makes my life hard ;-)

Ah thanks. I don't know why I landed on that branch/fork. Perhaps following the forum post. If so it would be good to update that post with a link to the accepted proposal.
