Version request with moving posters (gifs) disabled

Koala has the option of using gifs for posters, this can be used for extra attention to activities.
However the currently used raspberry pi cannot handle the gif posters.
Since the pi is also running the version of RADIO where quotes are disabled, it would be convenient to have this version also disable gifs.
It could work with either koala allowing for pdf & gif upload or that it uses the last frame of the gif for displaying the poster.

we should probably specify this in the environment, or using a config file. If #65 is still on the agenda the latter might be beneficial, although that would be its own issue
