Demo page/app for the cms #320
-
The CMS is simply amazing. Small features like pulling directly from free public sources for images makes it stand out. However, not having a demo page can be limiting for a lot of people. Say, a potential user who is just exploring couple of cms' visits the repo and they don't find a demo page or a demo site they might leave without getting to know what they have just skipped on. While setting up is easy and straight-forward, still a lot of people might go away if don't find a demo site which can possibly limit adoption. Likes of Decap and TinaCMS have a simple demo page. Having something similar can be really beneficial for the project. For reference: Thoughts? |

Yes, of course it’s on our roadmap, and #1 is the tracker. The Test backend (on-memory backend) needs to be implemented first. I want to keep Sveltia CMS low profile to avoid support burden and disappointment due to unimplemented features, so creating a demo site and marketing site is a low priority. |
