Less a bug and more an unfortunate interaction, but maybe you want to keep a "Known Issues" list :D
Pack version 2.9.1, on the official server. Resturbed Witch Spawner from a lost city, tried replacing a block in the ground with the spawner using psi, got a pig spawner.
