[USER-V2] GDA UI fixes in tokens page

A few lower priority issues still got left in the GDA branch , @kasparkallas kept having a hard time finding time to fix those and the people want to see GDA in the dashboard:

1. Stream distributions tab has no filters like rest of the tabs, e.g. connect/disconnected/ongoing flows
2. Stream distributions are loaded up one by one and not directly trusting subgraph so its a bit slower and not as nice as the other tabs:

3. The connect and disconnect buttons don't really look like buttons , should add some background to them

4. Connect / Disconnect buttons are not disabled or showing "stop view mode" when user is viewing some other wallet, the transactions will connect the "connected" wallet to a pool they are not a member of

5. The GDA inflows are not shown next to the graph

6. The outgoing GDA flows are not shown for the senders

7. Fun one - graph itself does not take into account GDA streams
