Power off after 20 mins of stopped.

Managed to get this working on a Windows 10 laptop and an Uno R3 with ethernet shield. Took me a while as I'm fairly new to this. Would like to know if there is a simple way to power off after 20mins of "Stopped", before I start climbing another steep learning curve?
