- upgrade and handshake implemented according to RFC-6455 - internals updated to use binary data instead of strings

hello, i wish this repository become good again.
i am also learning erlang now, and this is fun exercise :)
there are things not done here, but at least this works without TLS. should be done later. But i succeeded to connect with strophejs and send/receive presences and messages.
