Seems to only works in certain areas

Hi

Thanks for making this extension. I'm on OS 11.6 and have noticed that it doesn't work on:

1. the non system volume of my Mac (It has 2 volumes, one with system on and one I use for storage only).
2. Also it doesn't seem to work inside folders that are being synced by the Sync utility.

This is also the case for : https://github.com/samiyuru/custom-finder-right-click-menu

Which i believe uses some of this program as base-code
So a fix here would also help to provide a fix there.
