What's the feature?
We're just leaving the database download and QIIME import rules unimplemented because Weiming has already done that manually on the isilon. Would be nice to implement these so that when we want to upgrade the databases in the future it's easy to do.

Reference https://github.com/biocore/q2-greengenes2 when implementing this.
