Question about OpenCountWeek setting value

I noticed that 'OpenCountWeek' value doesn't reset even by deleting the file SumatraPDF-settings.txt
So, where does the program get that value from? And why can't it be reset?

EDIT: Nevermind... I just found the function 'GetWeekCount' in the source code. So, turns out that value is the week count between 2011-01-01 and the System Time.

I don't know why exactly that date is used but maybe it's not important to know.
