Last selected grid is not applied after expand from helpfulwheel

Description

When a grid is selected and expand from helpful wheel in advance mode the last selected grid is not reapplied but it is reapplied when expand through expand button present in canvas.

Expected Behavior

It should be applied from both the cases.

How to Reproduce

Select a grid. First collapse and then expand from helpfulwheel.
