Navbar Not Fixed on Scroll

The header is not fixed at the top on any device. When scrolling down, the header disappears, making navigation difficult.

Fix the header so that it remains visible at the top of the screen while scrolling on all devices.

Alternative solutions include using a collapsible or sticky header, but a fixed header across all devices seems to provide the best user experience.
