PDF doesn't generate if no logo is provided #22

Describe the bug
If a user has not specified a branch and logo, the PDF submission forms do not generate
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- delete any "details" model from branch_details
- Attempt to generate a PDF submission form
Expected behavior
Should have some fallback placeholders OR warn user they need to specify required details first.
