Breaks window.fbAsyncInit #5
Description
If the page (or another module) is using window.fbAsyncInit, the use of this plugin will wipe that out, and break whatever else the page was doing.
This should properly stash window.fbAsyncInit and call it from its own, overridden window.fbAsyncInit.
