Distinguish between successful connections and failed connections in firehose

This is charting firehose_requests_counter
But a bunch of them fail due to firehose rate limit.

    firehose-rate-limit-bucket-size: 10
    firehose-rate-limit-bucket-fill-rate: 2s

Would be nice to know which ones failed vs successful.
