Send amounts with a large number of decimal places gives an inappropriate error message

Trying to send an amount like 10.0411111111111 gives error message "Enter a valid amount. Only positive numbers are allowed."

It should instead say something like "Too many decimal places. At most 8 decimal places allowed." or perhaps truncate the input in some way and allow the transaction.
