Description

Add a bolding on hover effect to certain links. At the moment there is an underline effect, but we want to have both bold and underline as well. These include:

Definition of Done

Bold on the following

  • "View All Projects" link
  • "Learn More" link on the Our Projects and Get Involved sections of the home page
  • The "Learn More" in this picture"
  • The "Learn More" on the Projects page
