Update to Chakra-UI version 3.8.0 #48

Description:

The version of Chakra UI needs to be updated from 2.10.4 to 3.8.0. Furthermore, all the current components need to be updated to match the current version.

Definition of Done:

  • Upgrade the version of chakra UI to 3.8.0
  • Update currently existing components to new versions

Here is the Chakra UI documentation on migration. All the necessary components can be found here.
