Natural integration with Ruby 2.0 keyword arguments #2
Description
Currently, Thunder does not provide natural integration with Ruby 2.0 keyword arguments, which can result in WET code.
To support DRYness, we need to branch off 1.9.3 support, create a new gem for 1.9.3, and change trunk support to Ruby 2.0
