xmltransform.py translates from the harvested format to MMD. This transformation doesn't cover keywords yet. Implement transformation of keywords where possible. This is probably best achieved through modifying the XSLTs used.

Use the translation list provided by Lara for CF and GCMD.

It is a bit uncertain how to embed this in XSLT. Using Python is straightforward.
