No validation shown when selecting an asset with a 0 balance in the "assets to pay" field on swap

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Swap Setup page.
2. In the list of assets, select an asset that the user does not own (i.e., balance = 0).
3. Enter some value

Actual result:

No validation message is displayed when an asset with a 0 balance is selected in the "Assets to Pay" field.

Expected result:

A validation message should appear, informing the user that they do not have enough balance to proceed with the swap.
