Use :keycard/connect.next-stage when performing multiple keycard actions in one flow

As we have introduced :keycard/connect.next-stage, we should migrate our current keycard flows to utilize this event, where multiple keycard actions are performed in a single flow.

For example, when changing the PIN, we are performing the verification of the current PIN followed by the PIN change.
