Keycard drawer does not reopen after being closed during transaction signing

Preconditions:

The user is migrated to the key card

Steps:

1. Go to send flow
2. Close the key card drawer
3. Try to sing the transaction one more time slidiing the signature toggle

Actual result:

The keycard drawer does not reopen, preventing the user from signing the transaction.

Expected result:

The keycard drawer should reopen when the user attempts to sign the transaction again.
