Description

To fix #6049, we should:

1. Unarchive https://github.com/status-im/extkeys repository
2. Update it with the contents of status-go/extkeys (there are some minor improvements)
3. Make status-go to use the external repo

This will remove a dependency of status-go on its subpackage.
