add unit tests for the decoding steps currently defined in https://github.com/statebox/purescript-studio/blob/294/effect-for-stbx-decode/stbx-service-rest/src/Statebox/Service/Codec.purs to ensure the retrieval of TxSum in the postTransactionHandler works correctly
