Question about testing on phone #210

Docs mention if i do not hold an Freematics device there is a javascript simulator for phones for testing purposes :: https://github.com/stanleyhuangyc/Freematics/tree/master/www/simulator but the link is broken. Do u really offer this case for testing purposes ?? if yes please provide the files and docs to connect an Android phone and test it. Thnx in advance.
