Too many Mails about wanting to buy, monetize or promote the extension

In the last years I received too many Mails from people that want to:

• buy the extension. Probably to inject ads, malware or other stuff.
• monetize some parts of it like e.g. analytics...
• or boost the extensions reviews

As none of those are things that are in the interest of this open source extension I would still like to make those offers transparent.
