  • Stacks miner is trying to RBF a block commit, but it has reached max_rbf, so it is not submitted
  • Bitcoin block arrives, confirming the outstanding block-commit
  • Miner submits a new block-commit immediately, before the stacks-node has processed the bitcoin block
  • This block-commit will need to be RBFed immediately once the block is processed

Note that this can be considered low priority, as this case should not show up if the RBF settings are configured properly.
