Codegate error during FIM

Codegate generates proxy transport and pipeline processing errors. The errors are generated during FIM. They can be reproduce by rapidly hitting enter and backspace while editing any file.

@ptelang are you still reproducing this isusue? i tried with an intensive session of editing, also hitting newline/backspace as you suggested, and i cannot see the issue
Is it also causing some side effect in the copilot completions, or is just a warning from time to time?

I retested this and not able to reproduce it anymore.
