Setting up Ceph 19 (Squid) on Trixie.

I am setting up an HCI cluster with O-S-K and Ceph. For ceph I decided to try out podman. As we want to use Trixie, then the default repo-s do not work. I had to configure the Ceph repository from Proxmox.

NB! To use the custom repo I had to disable the default config for setting up the ceph repos: cephadm_custom_repos: true
